A plain English layer for my tourist flow recommender

Taking the existing tourist flow recommender dashboard and adding a layer where you can just ask it things. A question goes in, a query is generated and run, and an answer comes back. Under the hood it's a text-to-SQL and function-calling setup. It's my main portfolio project right now.

The AI side of the stack

Deliberately levelling up on LLMs and GenAI (RAG pipelines, LangChain, vector databases), MLOps basics for getting models out of notebooks and into something real, and cloud data stack tools.

MSc Business Analytics, VU Amsterdam

Computational Intelligence track, expected to finish in August 2027. Coursework so far spans machine learning, deep learning, NLP, stochastic modelling, statistical models and business process optimisation.

Graduation internship
